Michael Potoczak is a lifelong resident of Totowa, NJ. He graduated from Passaic Valley Regional High School, Little Falls, NJ where he maintained a 3.0 GPA and participated on the Varsity Golf & Football Teams. Mike also attended William Paterson University, Paterson, NJ where in pursuit of Business Administration, Minor in Marketing degree. Michael is the proud Captain of the Volunteer Firefighters serving the Borough of Totowa, NJ for the past 12 years.
Over the last 5 plus years Michael has been the Senior Mortgage Loan Originator, at LCD Mortgage, Totowa, NJ and Licensed in all 50 states authorized to conduct business. Michael has helped hundreds of clients with a multitude of financial situations make the move home. Michael has the knowledge and experience from prior successful roles as the former President of the Montclair, NJ Business Partnership 2015-2016. Also, former Senior Mortgage Loan Originator at Highland State Bank, 03/2015 – 11/2017. Michael’s customers love working with him from “start to finish” to make sure they close in a timely manner!
Mike also enjoys volunteering in the local community, devoting his time & efforts for various charities/non-profits including;
Covenant House, Newark, NJ. Michael has participated in “Sleep Out America” where for one night, you can make a difference for homeless youth in your own backyard, helping to break the cycle of chronic adult homelessness and bridge the gap of support in the lives of our youth.
In addition, Mike volunteers at Nancy’s Place, Montclair, NJ helping with critical fundraising & awareness efforts as with many homeless youth, mental illness poses the greatest obstacle to their ability to become independent. For this reason, Nancy’s Place in Montclair exists to address their special needs and help them learn the skills they need to live on their own.
