Anthony N. Leo has served as Chief Executive Officer of First Home Bank since 2013. Mr. Leo previously served as Executive Vice President & Managing Director of Community Banks, Inc., a diversified financial holding company based in Harrisburg, PA. He began his career as Vice President & Associate Counsel for the National Bank of Washington, D.C., and later was Vice President & Corporate Counsel for FB&T Corporation, Hanover, PA. Mr. Leo received his BA With Distinction from The George Washington University and his JD from The George Washington University Law School. He is a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland.
Matthew A. McDonald serves as First Home Bank’s Chief Operating Officer. Previous to joining First Home Bank in 2013, Mr. McDonald served as Interim Chief Financial Officer for RMS, Inc., a wholly-owned mortgage company subsidiary of a publicly traded company. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for HomeBanc in Tampa. Mr. McDonald began his career with KMPG Peat Marwick and later served as Chief Financial Officer for several other companies. Mr. McDonald received his BA from Lycoming College.
Robin L. Oliver serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for First Home Bank and First Home Bancorp, Inc. Prior to joining First Home Bank in 2018, Mrs. Oliver served as Controller for a financial institution in Kentucky, and for the first 16 years of her career, she served multiple financial institution clients in public accounting as an auditor with Crowe LLP. Mrs. Oliver is a Certified Public Accountant and received her BA in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
Brandon J. Roth serves as the President of the Residential Mortgage Division for First Home Bank. Prior to joining the Bank in 2016, Mr. Roth served as Vice President of Operational Risk at Stonegate Mortgage Corporation. Mr. Roth also served in various mortgage banking management roles, including origination, operations, quality control, credit, and risk. Mr. Roth received his BA with a double major in Finance and Management from the University of South Florida.
Denise G. Unley joined First Home Bank in 2013 and serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. Mrs. Unley has been in banking for over 40 years, and has served in various banking capacities including commercial lending, government guaranteed lending, commercial credit, audit, compliance, and community development for national banks, super-regional banks, and community banking organizations. Mrs. Unley received her BS from Valdosta State College.
Matthew M. Luckey serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, and leads the Community Banking Division of First Home Bank. Prior to joining First Home Bank in 2015, Mr. Luckey served in several retail banking and commercial banking capacities, including branch management, credit underwriting, and commercial lending. He began his career as a Banking Associate with SunTrust Bank, followed by Vice President roles at United Bank, Synovus Bank, and The Bank of Tampa. Mr. Luckey received his BBA from the University of Georgia.
Thomas G. Zernick is President it’s the SBA Lending Division. Prior to joining First Home Bank in 2016, Mr. Zernick served as Florida Market President for Stearns Bank, and as an SBA Product Manager for HomeBanc in Tampa. Before relocating to Florida, Mr. Zernick served as a Community Bank President and SBA President for Republic Bank in Michigan. Mr. Zernick received his BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
