The 8 yr. old, Seminole based, community bank with $90 million in assets opened its first branch office at 5250 Park Boulevard, Pinellas Park, Florida in 2005.

Dignitaries at the groundbreaking included Mayor Bill Mischler and City of Pinellas Park officials, Chamber of Commerce well-wishers from both Seminole and Pinellas Park, and neighboring businesses.

Roger Broderick was the General Contractor for the 2-story, 4,489 sq. ft. office which features Drive Thru tellers, a Drive Up ATM and Community Room. The office specializes in Small Business Accounts and Commercial Real Estate loans, while offering all of the bank’s current consumer services including CD’s, checking, savings, money market accounts, and, of course, their famous fresh-baked-daily cookies.
